Conditions Of Use

Agreement:
This agreement together with any additional terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained elsewhere on the Riverina Media Group Website (referred to as 'RMG Web') form the conditions of supply of material on, use of and access to the RMG Web. Your use of the RMG Web constitutes as an acknowledgement of the hereafter conditions, in that you have agreed to abide by all regulations.

Should you fail to abide by or disagree with any of the conditions set out then you should discontinue your usage of the RMG Web site.

Conduct:
You agree not to;
  • Use the RMG Web to defame, abuse, harass, or otherwise offend either employees, visitors or third parties associated with the RMG Web site.

  • Download or transmit any material from the RMG Web that you do not have permission to make available under any law or contractual obligation.
  • Upload any files which contain viruses or other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, limit or destroy the functionality of the RMG Web or its users.

Riverina Media Group Website:
The sites which form the 'Riverina Media Group Website' are independently operated by it's individual bodies.

These RMG Web Conditions of Use carry across the entire RMG Web site. There may be instances where additional conditions exist.

External Links:
External links (these are links to third party websites.) form a major part of our network site and are operated by third parties and are therefore out of the jurisdiction of the RMG Web. Those sites appearing outside of the RMG Web do not fall under these conditions. Consequently you link to these sites at your own risk.

Some advertising that is display by the RMG Web may contain links to its web site or a referring Email address. By way of advertising the RMG Web does not endorse the site nor does it take liability for any communication or any other transaction between you and the before mentioned party.

Accuracy:
While all material on the RMG Web is provided from sources believed to be accurate and current as the date of publication we accept no responsibility for:

All logo's of the RMG Web sites are registered trademarks of the RMG. Other trade marks, mastheads etc may be placed from time to time on the site, these may belong to third parties and are also protected under copyright law. Nothing displayed on the RMG Web, masthead or trade mark or graphic, may be used or copied without the express written permission of the RMG.

Hackers and Viruses:
Our site exists on the world wide web, and as such is not immune to viruses or to computer hackers. By using this site you acknowledge and accept the risks that as a user you may obtain a virus or other defect and that traffic may be intersepted by third parties.

GST:
GST means the Australian goods and services tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the "Act"). Tax invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.
RMG Web when listing pricing will exclude the cost of GST in the total price, a separate price including the GST will be posted where possible. RMG Web while taking all care accepts no responsibility for errors in pricing where the listing of GST has not been added to the total amount.

Real Estate Agreement:
Terms and Conditions of Use:

1. As a real estate agent, you must have a current and on-going financial commitment or advertising contract with the Riverina Media Group to access use of riverinahomes.com.au.
2. As this service is provided to you at no direct cost, it will be expected that you will not pass on any “advertising costs” to your clients for their properties to be listed on the site. If any agent is taking commercial advantage of the site by passing on advertising costs, the Riverina Media Group reserves the right to restrict or suspend that agent’s access to the site.
3. The Riverina Media Group reserves the right to review costings associated with maintenance and use by a third party, of this site at any stage.
4. Riverinahomes.com.au will be the property of the Riverina Media Group. We will reserve the right to alter, omit or change content of the site at any time.
5. Only those properties that fall into the Riverina geographical area, will be listed.
6. All site infrastructure and hosting will be maintained by the Riverina Media Group.
7. It will be the responsibility of each agent and their nominated staff to keep any passwords and user names confidential and updated appropriately. Any misuse or copying of passwords and user names to non authorized persons as determined by the individual agent, will not be the responsibility of the Riverina Media Group.
8. User names and passwords will remain unique to each individual real estate agency.
9. The Riverina Media Group will provide “no cost” help with any technical support or service of riverinahomes.com.au to participating real estate agents.
10. You have read, accepted and agreed to the legal disclaimer posted on the riverinahomes.com.au website.

Disclaimer:
You expressly agree and understand that in no circumstances will RMG Web or its related bodies corporate be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential losses or damages or loss of profits of whatever nature howsoever arising (including but not limited to any act or omission by RMG or its related bodies corporate) which result from
  (i) the use of or access to or any inability to use or access the RMG Web or any material on the RMG Web;
  (ii) unauthorised access to or alterations of your transmissions or data;
  (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the RMG Web.

You will indemnify RMG Web &/or its related bodies corporate if you suffer any loss or damage or incur any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions or any other legal obligation by you or your use of or conduct on the RMG Web.
